A New Lee Hsien Yang story came out!

Lee Hsien Yang tells that his brother Lee Hsien Loong and Ho Ching is trying to destroy 38 Oxley Road

Lee Hsien Yang says that his brother and his wife Ho Ching is trying to destroy 38 Oxley Road to erase the trace of the late Lee Kuan Yew

In a Facebook post on Tuesday (Aug 2), Mr Lee Hsien Yang accused his brother Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife, Ho Ching, of "trying to destroy 38 Oxley Road".

Mr Lee Hsien Yang said that his brother and his wife are "trying to erase the trace of the late Lee Kuan Yew" by demolishing the house where Mr Lee Kuan Yew lived and died.

Mr Lee Hsien Yang also accused his brother of "abusing his power as Prime Minister" to "silence" him and his sister, Dr Lee Wei Ling.

These accusations are the latest in a series of public disputes between the siblings over the late Lee Kuan Yew's will.

In 2017, Mr Lee Hsien Yang and Dr Lee Wei Ling accused their brother of abusing his power as Prime Minister to protect his wife, Ho Ching, from investigations into her role in the 1MDB scandal.

The siblings also accused their brother of trying to "rewrite history" by demolishing 38 Oxley Road.

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has denied all of these accusations.

He has said that he is "deeply saddened" by the public disputes with his siblings and that he "will not engage in any further public debate" with them.

The dispute between the siblings has been widely reported in the media and has raised questions about the future of Singapore's political system.

Some commentators have suggested that the dispute could damage the ruling People's Action Party (PAP) and lead to a change in government in the next general election.

Others have said that the dispute is a sign of a healthy democracy and that it is important for the public to be able to hold their leaders accountable.
