BYU basketball lands yet another big recruit

The Cougars have added another talented player to their 2023 recruiting class

BYU basketball has landed another big recruit, as 6'10" center Timpview Timpview has committed to the Cougars. Timpview is a four-star recruit and is ranked as the No. 74 player in the 2023 class by 247Sports. He is also the No. 2 player in the state of Utah.

Timpview is a skilled big man who can score inside and out. He is also a good rebounder and shot blocker. He averaged 18.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 3.6 blocks per game as a junior at Timpview High School.

Timpview is the third big recruit that BYU has landed in the 2023 class. The Cougars also have commitments from 6'9" forward Fotu Leiato and 6'8" forward Trajan Langdon.

The addition of Timpview gives BYU a strong recruiting class for 2023. The Cougars are now ranked No. 16 in the 247Sports team recruiting rankings.
