Fast and Light: Norton Opens 2024-25 Season with VIP Preview of Boxing-Themed Exhibit

The Norton Museum of Art will present a special VIP preview of its upcoming exhibition, "Fast and Light: The World of Boxing," on Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 6 to 8 pm. The exhibition will be on view from January 28 through April 24, 2024.

The "Fast and Light" exhibition explores the intersection of boxing and contemporary art, featuring the work of over 30 artists from around the world. The exhibition will include paintings, sculptures, photographs, and video installations that examine the sport's physicality, violence, and cultural significance.

The VIP preview will offer guests an exclusive first look at the exhibition and an opportunity to meet the curator, Dr. Tim Wagg. Guests will also enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
