Kellogg stated that he would "certainly consider" joining another Trump administration if asked, but he emphasized that he is currently focused on his work as a commentator and author.
Kellogg also praised Trump's foreign policy, saying that he "did a lot of good things" in that area, including withdrawing the United States from the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris climate agreement.

Kellogg also praised Trump's decision to move the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, calling it a "bold move" that recognized the importance of Jerusalem to Israel.

Kellogg said that he is "proud to have served" in the military and that he believes that veterans are "the backbone of our country."
