Huskers Look to Continue Strong Start:
The Huskers enter the match with a 2-0 record after winning the Ameritas Players Challenge in Lincoln over the weekend. Nebraska defeated Creighton in four sets on Friday night before sweeping South Dakota on Saturday.
Junior outside hitter Madi Kubik led the Huskers in kills in both matches, totaling 22 kills on the weekend. Senior middle blocker Nicklin Hames also had a strong weekend, hitting .500 with 17 kills and six blocks.
Knights Look to Upset Huskers:
Fairleigh Dickinson enters the match with a 1-1 record after splitting a pair of matches at the St. John's Invitational over the weekend. The Knights defeated St. Francis Brooklyn in four sets on Friday night before falling to St. John's in five sets on Saturday.
Junior outside hitter Kaitlyn Rodriguez led the Knights in kills in both matches, totaling 24 kills on the weekend. Senior middle blocker Aleksandra Djokic also had a strong weekend, hitting .321 with 17 kills and seven blocks.
