Linkin Park triumph on UK tour with Chester's widow making debut Linkin Park brought the UK leg of their tour to an end last night (July 14) in emotional fashion, with Chester Bennington's widow performing live with them for the first time.

Chester Bennington's widow Talinda Bennington made her live debut with Linkin Park last night as they wrapped up their UK tour at Wembley Stadium.

On Saturday, the surviving members of Linkin Park were joined on stage by Bennington’s widow Talinda for a performance of the band’s 2003 hit Numb. It was the first time Chester’s band had performed live since his death two years ago.

Chester’s 17-year-old son Jaime also joined the group on stage for a performance of Crawling, and the night was particularly poignant as it would have been Chester’s 43rd birthday.

“I was honored to perform with Linkin Park last night,” Talinda said after the show. “It was such a special moment to share the stage with them and to sing Chester’s songs with them. I know he would have been so proud.”

Chester’s death in 2017 sent shockwaves through the music world, and the band have been vocal about the grief they have felt since then.

“It’s been a tough two years,” said Mike Shinoda. “We’ve lost our brother, our bandmate, our friend. But we’ve also come together as a family, and we’re determined to keep Chester’s legacy alive.”

The band’s UK tour has been a huge success, and they have played to sold-out crowds across the country.

"It's been an incredible experience," said Shinoda. "We've been so overwhelmed by the love and support from our fans. It's been a tough two years, but this tour has been a healing experience for us."

The band are now set to take their tour to the US, where they will play a series of shows throughout the summer.

"We're excited to bring this tour to the US," said Shinoda. "We can't wait to share Chester's music with our fans there."
