Person Killed on Market Street in San Francisco

One person was killed in a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle on Market Street in San Francisco near the Embarcadero BART station on Tuesday morning, according to the San Francisco Police Department.

The collision occurred at around 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Market Street and Steuart Street. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
