Smriti Mandhana vs Jemimah Rodrigues: Star India batters reflect on WBBL faceoff

India's Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues faced off in the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) recently, with both batters putting in impressive performances.

Mandhana, who plays for the Sydney Thunder, scored a half-century in her team's win over the Melbourne Stars, while Rodrigues, who plays for the Melbourne Renegades, hit a match-winning 75 in her team's victory over the Sydney Sixers.

Both batters spoke about their experiences playing in the WBBL and facing each other.

"It's always great to play against Jemimah," said Mandhana. "She's a world-class batter and it's always a challenge to face her. I'm glad we both had good games and I'm looking forward to playing against her again in the future."

"Playing in the WBBL has been a great experience," said Rodrigues. "It's a very competitive league and I'm learning a lot from playing against some of the best players in the world. I'm also enjoying the opportunity to play with and against Smriti. She's a great player and I'm learning a lot from her.
