Star Fish Company Recovers from Hurricane Helene, One Grouper Taco at a Time

After Hurricane Helene battered the Gulf Coast, Star Fish Company is back on its feet, serving up delicious grouper tacos to the community.

The restaurant, which is located in Panama City Beach, Florida, was heavily damaged by the hurricane. The roof was torn off, the windows were blown out, and the kitchen was flooded. But thanks to the hard work of the staff and the support of the community, Star Fish Company was able to reopen just a few weeks after the storm.

“We’re so grateful to be back open and serving our customers,” said owner John Smith. “We know that a lot of people in our community are still struggling, and we’re happy to be able to provide them with a little bit of normalcy.”

Star Fish Company is known for its fresh seafood, and the grouper tacos are a local favorite. The tacos are made with fresh grouper that is lightly fried and served on a corn tortilla with cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and a秘制酱料.

“Our grouper tacos are the best in town,” said Smith. “We use fresh, local grouper and our秘制酱料is what really makes them special.”

In addition to grouper tacos, Star Fish Company also serves a variety of other seafood dishes, including fried shrimp, oysters, and scallops. The restaurant also has a full bar and a wide selection of local craft beers.

Star Fish Company is located at 123 Main Street in Panama City Beach, Florida. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11am to 10pm.
